Tumblers have moved from occasional item to daily habit. Offices, campuses and gyms have largely replaced single-use bottles with reusable drinkware, and that shift is exactly what makes a branded tumbler one of the strongest promotional products available.
Why tumblers outperform most promotional items
A tumbler is used every working day, carried between desk and meeting room, and left visible on tables in front of colleagues and clients. Very few promotional items achieve that combination of frequency and visibility.
It also has a long working life. A stainless tumbler in daily use lasts for years, which spreads the unit cost across thousands of impressions.
Material options
Stainless steel
Double-walled vacuum tumblers keep drinks hot or cold for hours. The premium option, and the one recipients are most likely to keep using.
Food-grade plastic
Lighter and considerably cheaper, which makes it practical for large seminar and event distributions.
Glass with a protective sleeve
A cleaner, more design-led look, though less robust in daily transport.
Branding methods
UV printing handles full-colour and gradient logos and resists scratching and washing — the best option for complex artwork. Laser engraving marks stainless steel permanently and gives a restrained, premium finish that suits executive gifting. Screen printing remains the most economical route for simple one or two-colour logos at volume.
Choosing the right one
The main trade-off is unit cost against how long the item stays in use. For a mass event, plastic at volume is the sensible choice. For clients, staff recognition or long-service awards, a vacuum stainless tumbler with an engraved logo will still be in use — and still be seen — years later.
Ordering promotional tumblers
We print and engrave tumblers on our own equipment in Bandung. Send us the tumbler type, the quantity and your logo file, and we will return a mockup showing print position and size along with pricing.
