Corporate souvenirs work hardest when they are chosen for the recipient rather than for the budget line. An item that is genuinely useful gets carried, used and seen; one that is not goes into a drawer on the day it is handed over, taking your logo with it.
Choosing the right item
The starting question is not what to give but who is receiving it. A souvenir for two thousand seminar attendees and a gift for twenty key clients are different problems with different answers, and trying to solve both with one item usually satisfies neither.
For large audiences, mid-value items distributed at volume work best — tote bags, notebooks, tumblers and lanyards. For senior clients and partners, a single premium item with proper packaging leaves a far better impression than several inexpensive ones.
Building a set
Gift sets give you flexibility that single items do not. A bag, a tumbler, a notebook and a pen in a branded box can be assembled to almost any budget by adjusting the specification of each component rather than removing items.
We produce every element of a typical corporate set in our own workshop, which means the whole thing can be made, packed and shipped together with consistent branding across all of it.
Working with us
CV. Owl Motekar has produced corporate souvenirs in Bandung since 2003. We are a first-hand manufacturer rather than a reseller, so pricing reflects production cost and quality control stays in our hands.
Send us your budget per recipient, the number of recipients and the occasion. We will come back with several combinations at that price point, including packaging options, and a mockup before anything goes into production.
