What is the minimum order for custom souvenirs?
The minimum order varies by product. Keychains start at 30 pcs, bags and office souvenirs at 60 pcs, and vests and ID card lanyards at 100 pcs. Medals have no minimum order. Send us your requirement on WhatsApp and we will confirm the figure that applies.
Can I see a sample before production?
Yes. Samples of the product you need are available to inspect at our Bandung workshop, or we can ship one to you. For new models we produce a sample first before mass production begins.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the product type, quantity and design complexity. Once your requirements are clear we provide a schedule estimate agreed up front and updated regularly until delivery.
Do you deliver outside Bandung?
Yes, we deliver across Indonesia using the courier you prefer. Goods are packed per unit or per set so they are ready to distribute on arrival.
What logo file format do you need?
Vector formats are ideal: AI, CDR, EPS, SVG or PDF. If you only have a high-resolution PNG or JPG, send it anyway - we will check it and tell you if it needs redrawing.
